He was recognised as a visionary and a leading consultant on tax and foreign exchange laws in India.He was known for his radical yet philosophical views. In his own unique style, he combined technical professional subjects with philosophy to give a different and clear perspective on several legal areas such as International tax and Regulatory advisory service areas involved with cross-border entity structuring; inbound & outbound strategy; transfer pricing; as well as its Income-tax and FEMA compliance services. 

He was involved in advising corporates proposing to come up with Public Issues (IPOs). He had carried out several assignments for Due Diligence and Amalgamation of companies.
